Deposits

All appointments will need to be secured with a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule within the required notice period. Bookings without a deposit will be cancelled. Clients with previous no shows or late cancellations may need to pay a higher deposit.

We value your time and appreciate advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to someone on our waitlist. Our team will always reach out 1-2 days before to confirm your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

CHILDREN AND ADDITIONAL GUESTS IN THE SALON

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that children, prams, and additional guests are not brought into the salon, as our workspace contains hot tools and sharp instruments.

If you’re unable to arrange care for your child, please give us a call, we’ll be happy to help you reschedule.

ARRIVAL TIME

Arriving promptly ensures you receive the full attention and service you deserve. If you are lost or running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may lead to a shorter appointment or, in some cases, cancellation of your appointment. Your timely arrival helps us provide the best experience for everyone.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

Experience peace of mind knowing your satisfaction is our priority. Our team uses quality products and expert consultations to deliver the best results. If you are not fully happy with your service, let us know within 2 days for a solution. Change of mind is not covered, and complimentary visits are unavailable on weekends or Public Holidays.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Your peace of mind matters to us. While we strive to create a safe environment, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings with you and avoid bringing valuables to your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY & OUT OF HOURS SURCHARGE

A 20% surcharge applies to appointments booked on public holidays or outside our standard hours, ensuring our team is fairly compensated for their dedication. Thank you for your understanding.
