All services require a 50% deposit to be paid when making your booking. Bookings that are not secured with a deposit will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable, however they can be transferred if you reschedule your appointment prior to the notice period. Existing clients with a no show or cancellation history may also be required to pay larger deposits for future bookings.
SUNDAY & PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
Please note a 20% surcharge will be applied to all services on Sundays and Public Holidays.
CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING
Appointments are reserved for you, so we ask that you give us a minimum notice period of 24 hours when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. This give is the opportunity to allocate that appointment to others on our cancellation list. We understand things come up and life happens, but we really hate no shows so please be courteous and let us know if you can't make it. As a courtesy, our staff will contact you 1-2 days prior to your appointment to confirm and remind you of the date and time. If we miss you we will leave a message if possible and we kindly ask that you call back to confirm your appointment. Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee on any appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice.
Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you are lost or running late, please call the salon. Arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced, or we may not be able to honour your appointment in the time remaining. It is essential that you contact us if you will be running late so that we can try to accommodate you.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON
As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed, safe and professional atmosphere we ask that you supervise your children at all times while in the salon.
Please also note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in the salon.
Payment for all services can be made by cash, afterpay, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
All card payments will incur a surcharge.
At Lux Hair Lounge, we pride ourselves on quality work, quality products and a highly skilled team. By providing a thorough consultation prior to your service, we always try to ensure all clients leave the salon 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result we will provide adequate solutions to your concerns at no extra charge. This is strictly within 2 days of your visit. This does not apply to change of mind, this will be charged. We also do not offer complimentary visits for any reason on Sundays or Public Holidays.
